You know where you want to go. You just can't take your hands off the wheel to make it happen.

That time has to come from somewhere. It doesn't have to come from your client delivery.

We come in alongside small and mid-sized businesses, build the systems, and get their priorities moving while they keep running their business.

Minimum 10% improvement from your baseline, done on time and within budget or it's free.

If you have priorities that keep getting pushed aside by the day-to-day we can help.

We work with you to build the systems, and get them moving to help you do three things:

  • Make more money: move the growth priorities that keep getting pushed

  • Keep more of what you earn: reduce the hidden cost of inefficiency

  • Have more time and bandwidth: stop running on fumes; build systems that carry the load

so you can grow without burning out.

START HERE:

THE 10% SPRINT

There are only five places where you can grow a business: more leads, higher conversions, more from existing clients, longer client relationships, and better margins. 10% might not sound like a lot of growth, but 10% compounds.

A 10% improvement in just one of those areas nets you MORE than 10% back because your overhead doesn't change. Do it in all five and you've grown revenue by over 60%.

The people we work with know which project has been sitting for months or years that would make a 10% or more improvement. Let’s start with that one.

How the 10% Sprint Works

  1. One conversation to name the process costing you the most

  2. We agree on the baseline and what 10% better looks like, in writing, before anything starts

  3. I design the system and build it with your team, not for them

  4. We measure against the baseline we set together

  5. Minimum 10% improvement from your baseline, or it's free.

WHEN THERE'S MORE THAN ONE THING

The Program

The Sprint proves the system works on one process. The Program is what it looks like when there's more than one thing that needs to move, an initiative that matters, a new offer that needs to launch, a team that needs to work as one instead of waiting on you for every call.

You don't need another framework. You need someone to hold the whole thing and make sure it actually happens.

Here's what changes for you specifically:

  • You stop being the only one who remembers what's happening. Weekly meetings, documented and owned by someone other than you.

  • You stop hunting for the current version. One place where all the work lives.

  • You stop wondering who's supposed to be doing what. Every action has a name next to it.

  • The work keeps moving even in your busiest weeks. A rhythm that holds when the week gets full, because it isn't depending on your memory to survive.

And when I leave, you keep all of it: the systems, the rhythm, the tools your team actually uses. No new subscriptions. Nothing that breaks the week I step away.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?

The coordination layer that large organizations take for granted, now available to the businesses that are the heart of their communities.

We define winning before we start.

Before anything happens, we agree on exactly what success looks like. No guessing at the end, no moving the goalposts once we're in it.

Every change has to pay for itself.

We only work on things tied directly to one of the five places your business grows. If it doesn't move a number you care about, we don't do it.

Systems work because the people do.

After 23 years in classrooms, I know processes only stick when people feel real ownership over them. Every engagement is built around your team, not just your workflow. That's what makes it last after I leave.

Done on time and on budget, or free.

If we commit to a result and don't hit it, you don't pay.

Implementation, not consultation.

I roll up my sleeves with you and build the systems and tools myself. I only win if you do.

HOW WE START

  1. Tell me what could be better. One conversation. You tell me where the friction is: the process taking too long, the initiative you have had on your plate for months, the team not moving without you.

  2. We agree on what better looks like. Before anything starts, we define success in writing. No guessing at the end.

  3. I get to work.I come in alongside your team, not above them. We move it. You keep the system when we're done.

MEET LAURA

I grew up in a small town where my family ran gas stations and a heating oil company and know first hand how important small local businesses are to a community. They were the ones sponsoring the little league team. The ones hosting the post-game celebrations. The ones everyone called when something went wrong.

That's what service businesses actually are. Not just companies. The lifeblood of the communities they're in.

Large organizations have entire departments to keep complex work coordinated and moving. My family's business didn't. Most don't.

I've spent 23 years figuring out how to get rooms full of busy, complicated people to do hard things consistently, even when the week gets full. That's what I bring to service businesses and nonprofits now.

Not a framework. Not a plan I hand you and disappear. The actual work, alongside you, until it's running without me.
